The purpose of this role is to ensure growth targets for mobile betting are achieved. Analyze financial information to identify trends, manage costs, and increase revenue in the team, and ensure proactive reporting on these areas.

You Bring

  • A minimum of 12 months in a leadership role
  • Track record of over‑achieving quota
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
  • Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills
  • Valid Driver’s License

    • What You’ll Do For The Brand

  • Work closely with Area Managers to meet required targets
  • Plan marketing campaigns / promotions / events with assistance from the Area Manager and regional marketing team
  • Facilitate daily promotional activities
  • Ensure marketing material is available and in good condition for all campaigns, and complete them successfully and professionally
  • Manage stock (daily report on stock levels and usage)
  • Measure effectiveness using Promo Tracker
  • Conduct market analysis / research to suggest improvements within the mobile department
  • Recruitment and interviewing in coordination with Area Manager and HR department
  • Manage performance of sales agents : set daily targets, conduct performance reviews, manage day‑to‑day people management functions, and handle poor performance (PIP)
  • Manage team members’ leave, absenteeism, and attendance
  • Identify potential Top‑Up Voucher visiting outlets where required
  • Organise continuous training so sales agents understand betting types, process, products and TUV
  • Complete weekly Moodle / Betstrike and Voice note training and Trainer on Wheels
  • Ensure cash‑ups are done following responsible procedures, reporting shortages immediately
  • Maintain Booster vehicles : cleanliness, branding condition, weekly inspections, and servicing
  • Submit daily reports
  • Other related duties as required
