Role Overview : The Retention Strategist leads retention marketing for clients, owning revenue delivery through data‑backed forecasts and strategic execution across email, SMS, direct mail, and more. The position involves guiding clients, building trust, and ensuring performance aligns with the company’s forecasting model.

Minimum Experience
2+ years in email / SMS marketing with proven campaign execution.2+ years in retention marketing, driving predictable revenue and customer lifetime value.Responsibilities
Develop and manage client retention forecasts using the Prophit system.Lead strategic planning for email, SMS, push, direct mail, and loyalty programs.Monitor and optimize campaigns, deploying tests to improve performance.Collaborate with design, content, and media teams to ensure brand consistent, high‑quality deliverables.Provide daily and weekly client updates, aligning strategy and forecasts.Ensure data integrity across Statlas and other tracking tools.Maintain high client satisfaction, meeting or exceeding agreed KPIs.Contribute learnings back to the system for continuous improvement.Operate under 100% execution of the Prophit system and meet all deadlines.Act as a client consultant, solving business problems beyond platform capabilities.Support team collaboration in the Brain Trust for cross‑client ideas.Maintain and uphold the quality of all deliverables, ensuring technical setups are correct.Key Skills & Competencies

First 30 days – $1,500 (Part‑time transition phase).Days 31–60 – $3,000 (Full‑time start, manage first 3 client accounts).Days 61–90 – $4,000–$5,000 + performance bonuses; negotiate annual contract.Clear career path with quarterly performance dashboards and transparent pay progression.Frequent mentorship and performance reviews.Location & Working Environment
