Draughtsperson Programmer, Blackheath (Cape Town)

Our Blackheath (Cape Town) based client has been manufacturing since 1904 and is looking for a Draughtsperson Programmer with 5+ years’ experience with light steel metals (stainless steel, aluminium and alusteel) to generate technical drawings for both internal and external use, program robotic machines, draw up and maintain ISO polices, etc. using MS Suite and SolidWorks.

Requirements :

• Draughting Diploma
• 5+ years’ experience in a Technical Drawing office (light steel metal fabrication)
• Sound knowledge of stainless steel, aluminium and Alusteel
• Excellent written & verbal business English
• Pay attention to detail
• Sound admin, time management, planning, organising and controlling skills
• Able to delegate
• Supervisory skills
• Computer literate : MS Suite and SolidWorks
