About the client : Our client is a digital marketing agency based in the USA. They're looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to create effective marketing online campaigns with automated, repetitive tasks.

About the role : We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to spearhead marketing automation efforts for our client. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Zapier and possess a deep understanding of marketing automation principles. You will play a crucial role in optimizing marketing processes, improving efficiency, and driving results through automation.

What you’ll be doing

Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Configure and manage marketing automation platforms, with a focus on Zapier integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
Build and maintain automated campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation.
Provide training and support to team members on marketing automation tools and processes.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist or similar role.

Proficiency in Zapier and other marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Have hands-on practical experience working with Zapier.
