Purpose Of The Job
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Technician to join their Service team.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment
- Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Test and calibrate equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Create detailed service reports and documentation of work performed
- Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide efficient service
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical certification preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience as a service technician, with a focus on troubleshooting and repairing equipment in the motor industryStrong technical expertise in a variety of equipment types and brandsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordMotor Industry experience Essential!!Application Process
