We’re looking for a Financial Analyst.

We need someone precise, detail-oriented, and highly organized - an independent thinker who loves diving into financial data and turning it into clear insights. You’ll play a key role in supporting our CFOs, helping clients make better decisions and ensuring we deliver high-quality service every time.

In this role, you will :

📊 Prepare and maintain financial data, models, and reports (e.g., 13-week cash flow)

📈 Support forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc FP&A analysis

📉 Conduct variance analysis, KPIs, and identify financial trends

📝 Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights

🤝 Collaborate asynchronously with CFO partners, documenting workflows and findings

⚙️ Identify opportunities for process improvements and AI automation

✅ Ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk awareness in financial reporting

The ideal candidate is steady, reliable, and thrives in focused, independent work. You’re humble and collaborative, with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset. You can handle multiple client needs without losing accuracy, and you’re always curious to learn and improve.

Working Hours : This is a full-time role (40 hours / week) with required overlap from 6am - 2pm EST to align with our US-based CFOs.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need :

✅ 5+ years of financial analysis / FP&A experience

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

✅ Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills

✅ Excel / Google Sheets expert-level proficiency

✅ Experience working remotely for an International / US based Business and asynchronously

✅ Strong interest in using AI to amplify your effectiveness

✅ Strong communication skills in English

Brownie points for :

⭐ System architecture or data engineering mindset

⭐ Experience with companies with $5M–50M revenue

⭐ Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools

⭐ AI / data automation exposure

⭐ CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials

⭐ Previous experience supporting fractional CFOs or start ups / SMBs
