We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Data Modeller / Developer to design, build, and support enterprise-level Microsoft BI solutions. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical expertise, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

As a BI specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and optimizing our data landscape—driving data integrity, accessibility, and business value. You will work across the full BI lifecycle : from requirements gathering and data modeling to implementation, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to identify and define data and reporting requirements.
• Perform data analysis, profiling, and dimensional modeling (Kimball methodology).
• Design and implement ETL solutions using Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics.
• Build, optimize, and maintain SSAS Tabular Models and Power BI datasets.
• Develop compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI, applying data storytelling principles.
• Produce technical documentation, including functional specifications and source-to-target mappings.
• Participate in unit testing, QA, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and analysts in an Agile environment to deliver scalable BI solutions.
