Industrial Engineer - Liquid Packaging

Job Description

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and improving manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify areas for improvement
• Manage production schedules and coordinate services to optimize productivity
• Analyze employees' tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to enhance productivity
• Implement process improvements and technological upgrades to increase efficiency
• Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues
• Develop design and production standards in collaboration with management and users
• Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and production reports
• Design facility layouts and determine personnel requirements
• Train staff on new processes and provide instructions and manuals
• Maintain process documentation and ensure accurate production reporting

Benefits

Salary : R540k - R420k per annum. Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
