Dealership Stock Controller

Introduction

We are looking for a stock controller to join our team in Nelspruit.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Vehicle module : stocking of vehicles, creating of orders, closing of orders and invoicing of vehicles.
• Weekly and monthly stock counts
• Daily vehicle DOC
• Controlling the Lic / reg documents
• Arranging of keys and safekeeping thereof
• Requesting of original Natis document from banks
• Settling of Trade-In vehicles
• Arranging vehicle trackers
• Other admin duties, e.g., controlling of fuel account, etc.
• Monthly reports and stock recons
• Settling and recon of Floorplan

Desired Experience & Qualification

Self‑motivated, attention to detail, able to work in a team environment as well as independently. Experience within a dealership.
