Job descriptionMonitor outstanding work orders and follow up to ensure completion and closure. Confirm supplier completion of work and facilitate accurate work order closure. Supplier & Stakeholder Communication Ensure suppliers receive and acknowledge work orders for action. System & Invoice Support Liaise with Accounts Payable and General Accounts to support accurate financial processing. Assist stores with the Infraspeak system, including closing completed work orders. Diploma or advanced Certificate in warehouse or logistics or procurement Minimum 4-6 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management Valid Driver’s License Proficiency in Microsoft Office package and Infraspeak Proven track record in managing teams and improving warehouse performance Hands-on approach and excellent organizational skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability Experience in QSR or Retail

- Work Order Coordination
Assign and manage work orders promptly to ensure timely resolution of maintenance tasks.
Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding task progress, timelines, and expectations.
Load and manage quotations and invoices related to maintenance activities.
