What Youll Be Doing :

  • Be the Compliance Guru Ensure that clients tick every regulatory box : JSE listings requirements, the Companies Act, and TRP rules.
  • Own the Numbers & Narratives Craft flawless reports, presentations, and pitch decks that wow Boards and regulators alike.
  • Client Whisperer Build rock-solid relationships, respond to tricky queries, and deliver tailored solutions that keep clients coming back.
  • JSE Liaison Extraordinaire Engage proactively with the JSE and TRP, representing clients and resolving issues like a pro.
  • Project Maestro Plan, organise, and execute projects on time, on budget, and above expectations.
  • Master of SENS & Webstir Handle submissions with precision and speedno room for errors in the spotlight.
  • Equity Sponsorship Analyst Evaluate listed companies for ongoing sponsorships, corporate actions, and transactions.

🚀 What Makes You the Perfect Fit :

  • Must have completed the SDP and hold Approved Executive status no exceptions.
  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Law.
  • Solid understanding of JSE listings requirements and capital markets.
  • A flair for relationship-building with clients, regulators, and internal teams.
  • Sharp analytical skills, top-tier attention to detail, and killer communication chops.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (PowerPoint wizardry is a plus!).
  • Thrive under pressure and balance multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
