Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The Payroll graduate is responsible for supporting the Payroll Shared Services Team with administrative activities, and liaising with the relevant stakeholders as required.Validate that all site hours, allowances and input provided are calculated correctlyValidate all earning, deductions and allowances with relevant input.Generate all relevant payroll and month reportsProcess 3rd Party Payment or Insured Benefits Payroll (if applicable) and notify the relevant 3rd Parties with regards to deduction payments (i.e. Medical Aid, Pension Fund, etc.), if applicable.File documentation for audit trailConfirm the reconciled amount to be paid to the Third-Party Service Provider(s) with the Financial Accountant.Audit trail and print outs to be filed in audit file as well as personnel filesYour profile and competencies to succeed
Diploma in Human Resources / Finance related qualificationNeed to be process driven and be organised and have good attention to detailResults orientatedStrong analytical and numeracy skillsStrong written and oral communications skillsAdvanced computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint)Minimum bi-lingual (English required)Strong Interpersonal SkillsSAP Experienced (advantageous)Graduate Trainee / Internship / siwes jobs
