Loan Support Specialist

Centurion, Gauteng

R12,000 R15,000 per month (depending on experience)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Support Specialist to join our friendly, dynamic team.

What Youll Do

As a Loan Support Specialist, you will be at the heart of our clients journey from application to repayment . Youll work closely with clients and internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and compliantly.

Your Key Responsibilities

Helping Our Clients

  • Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all documents are complete.
  • Conduct initial screenings and enter client data into our system.
  • Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, or in person.

Processing & Administration

  • Check application information for accuracy and compliance with our policies.
  • Assist with pre-vetting and signing loans to ensure everything is correct.

    • Keeping Things Compliant

  • Maintain up-to-date client and loan records.
  • Make sure all loans meet NCR, FICA, and internal credit requirements.
  • Help with audits by keeping proper documentation ready.

    • Reporting & Operational Support

  • Prepare weekly loan performance and status reports.
  • Flag high-risk accounts and assist with early follow-ups.
  • Suggest ways to improve processes and efficiency.

    • What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in lending, credit, or financial services.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel .
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organised and accurate in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Knowledge of NCR and FICA regulations is a plus.
