Overview

HEY YOU! YES YOU. DESIGN WIZARD. We are on the hunt for a Product Designer who doesnt play by the book because we never wrote one.

Responsibilities

Have 4 years of relevant experience ideally within a product company or B2B SaaS environment
Application design experience
Have designed tools that support complex business processes or data-intensive workflows
You have deep knowledge and experience with design libraries and systems
Proficient in Figma - Components, Auto-layout, Variable prototyping etc. As our core design tool experience in Figma is important
Bring deep experience collaborating with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle—not just at the start or end
Have experience driving the design contributions from the initial uncovering of customer problems, exploring potential solutions, to working collaboratively with engineers to enable delivery and test assumptions

Your day will look like this

Aim to remain deeply oriented around our customers context, goals, and pain-points

You will be expected to lead and contribute to UX and interaction design-focused challenges, closely collaborating with product managers and engineers

Full product lifecycle involvement in our collaborative streams representing the design counterpart from early ideation through to post-launch iteration. (No traditional handovers; you're expected to remain involved throughout the process)

Explore creative ways to solve customer problems, prototype and test our assumptions, and iterate towards an improved customer experience

In collaboration with product managers and engineers, seek to gather and analyse insights from usage data and customer research efforts
