Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for finding and securing new business opportunities.
This is a hands‑on sales role – you'll be actively identifying potential customers, setting up meetings, pitching our solutions, and closing deals.
The role requires a self‑starter with a strong hunter mentality who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
You will represent our company's technology and managed service offerings, helping prospective clients understand how our solutions can improve their operations and support their business goals.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients across target industries.
Actively set up and attend meetings with decision‑makers and business owners.
Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
Actively promote the company's brand and services in the marketplace.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and potential customers.
Keep accurate and up‑to‑date records of all sales activities in the CRM.
Qualifications
Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5+ years of proven new business sales experience, preferably in IT solutions, managed services, or technology sales.
Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold calling, setting meetings, and closing deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, target‑driven, and results‑oriented.
Confident engaging at senior management and business owner level.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport (role involves regular client visits).
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
