Contract : Permanent | Full-time

Working Hours : Monday to Friday | 08 : 00 - 17 : 00 or 09 : 00 - 18 : 00 (SA time)

From Trainee to Team Lead, we offer multiple entry points depending on your experience. You''''ll be working remotely in South Africa, engaging with clients across German-speaking countries and representing exciting global brands.

What You''''ll Be Doing :

  • Drive outbound sales campaigns into German-speaking markets
  • Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and digital platforms
  • Qualify prospects and set high-quality appointments
  • Meet performance goals with full training and support
  • Use CRM tools to track your pipeline and activities

    • We''''re Hiring Across These Levels :

    Trainee SDR

  • No sales experience needed
  • Must have a German school-leaving certificate or equivalent proof of fluency (C1 / C2)

    • Junior SDR

  • ±1 year in sales, customer service, or lead generation
  • Strong communication skills in German

    • Mid-Level SDR

  • ±2 years of outbound or B2B sales experience
  • Confident using digital sales tools

    • Senior SDR

  • 3+ years in sales with a proven track record
  • Mentoring mindset and a self-starter attitude

    • SDR Team Lead / Manager

  • 4+ years in sales, 1+ in team leadership
  • Able to lead from the front and coach others

    • What You Need to Apply :

  • Native or near-native German fluency (C1 / C2) spoken and written
  • Based in South Africa with reliable fibre internet (min. 20 Mbps)
  • Tech-literate and motivated to succeed in a remote setup
  • Great attitude, curiosity, and a passion for growth
