To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years' experience in a senior position, with a proven track record of managing others and delivering high-quality results. You should also have extensive experience working with AWS technologies, including AWS Glue, AWS EMR, and AWS S3.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and customer satisfaction. You should be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines and achieve project goals.
