What you’ll do

Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of advanced RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Platform .

Analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for scalable automation.

Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust automation solutions.

Mentor and guide junior / intermediate RPA developers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.

Maintain, monitor, and optimise RPA bots to ensure maximum reliability and performance.

Ensure all automation solutions comply with SARS governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy policies.

Document solutions, develop training materials, and provide expert support to end-users and stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the RPA Centre of Excellence .

Influence strategic automation decisions and propose innovations that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes.

Must-have experience & qualifications

Relevant bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related).

7+ years software development experience, including 5+ years in RPA development .

Microsoft Certified : Power Automate RPA Developer Associate.

Deep expertise in Power Platform : Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents .

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, .NET Framework, VBScript, JavaScript .

Strong understanding of process analysis, business analysis, and scalable automation design.

Experience integrating AI / ML into automation solutions is highly advantageous.

Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders.
