• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
• Partner with US‑based clients to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job boards to source and engage global talent.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Provide regular recruitment insights and updates to stakeholders.
