Pilates Instructor, Mat and Reformer

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join a Luxury Wellness Centre in the Middle East. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and comprehensive client care, adhering to the highest standards. The successful candidate will possess a solid educational background, significant practical experience, and a commitment to excellence in the wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized and group Pilates sessions, focusing on Mat and Reformer techniques.
• Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and fitness goals.
• Incorporate EMS and general fitness training into sessions where applicable to enhance client results.
• Monitor and assess client progress, providing ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming studio environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and certifications to deliver cutting-edge training.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certification in Mat and Reformer Pilates (required).
• Knowledge or certification in EMS training (Electro Muscle Stimulation) (advantageous).
• Experience with general fitness workouts and program development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate clients.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to health and wellness.
