Criteria (Requirements)

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • Recognised spa / beauty therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 3 years hands-on experience in facials, massages, and body treatments (non-negotiable)
  • Previous experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment (advantageous)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional, well-groomed, and guest-focused
  • Must hold a valid South African ID

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform professional facials tailored to guest needs using luxury products
  • Deliver a variety of massage therapies (relaxation, deep tissue, aromatherapy, etc.)
  • Provide scrubs, wraps, and body treatments as per spa menu standards
  • Conduct guest consultations, recommend treatments, and personalise care
  • Recommend and upsell spa products and additional treatments
  • Maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene compliance
  • Follow spa opening / closing procedures and operational protocols
  • Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service at all times

    • Contract Details

  • Duration : 3 months (November 2025 January 2026)
  • Full availability required across November, December, and January
  • Only applicants with spa therapy qualifications and hands-on treatment experience will be shortlisted
