Senior Interior Architect – High End Residential

Key Responsibilities

Lead interior architecture projects from concept through to completion

Develop design concepts, space planning, finishes, and detailing

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers

Oversee documentation and ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards

Mentor and review work of junior team members

Conduct site inspections and collaborate closely with construction teams

Requirements

Degree in Interior Architecture or equivalent

Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience

Strong conceptual design and problem-solving ability

Excellent proficiency in Revit (BIM workflow experience is essential)

Strong technical detailing and documentation skills

Confident communication and leadership abilities

Site experience or exposure is a significant bonus

A portfolio showcasing high-quality interior architecture work as well as technical ability

Well organised, deadline-driven, and focused on design integrity at all phases

Driver’s licence and availability to attend project sites as needed
