CIVIL CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervision & Leadership : Lead and manage construction crews to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
• Scheduling & Task Assignment : Create daily work schedules, allocate duties, and monitor attendance.
• Site Operations : Oversee all on-site activities to ensure compliance with plans and safety protocols.
• Safety Compliance : Enforce safety regulations and ensure the correct use of PPE and machinery.
• Resource Management : Manage tools, materials, and equipment for optimal site productivity.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor workmanship to meet project and client standards.
• Communication & Reporting : Act as the liaison between site workers and management; compile reports on time, materials, and budget usage.
• Personnel Management : Recruit, train, and mentor construction workers and apprentices.
• Problem-Solving : Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to maintain workflow and morale.
