What will you do?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing Sanlam’s solutions to a vested portfolio of advisors, devising strategies and campaigns to grow the advisors business thereby assisting in meeting the required sales targets.Support Financial Advisors in :
Rendering ongoing technical advice and supportPartnering with Financial Advisors to reach production targetsSourcing for business opportunities in advisor’s practiceManaging and support leads and campaignsAssisting and liaising with new business and underwriting to facilitate the issuing of businessAssisting with the processing of claims, replacements and quotationsAssisting with comparative competitor quotesWith regards to Compliance ensure that :
The different tools are understood and utilized by the Financial AdvisorsThe Financial Advisor is aware of the importance of compliance and implications for the practices for noncomplianceMonitor and flag any suspect or risky business with the Business ManagerSupport projects and focus activities of the Business Manager that seek to drive productionNetworking with other stakeholders in the sales / support processWhat will make you successful in this role?
