We are seeking a Junior Business Partner, P&C (People & Culture) to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg, South Africa. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organisation's people strategy and support various HR initiatives.
- Partner with managers and employees to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programmes and initiatives
- Conduct HR analytics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision‑making
- Contribute to talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
- Collaborate with the P&C team to improve HR systems and processes
- Assist in maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Contribute to fostering a positive organisational culture and employee engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3-10years of experience in HR or a related fieldProficiency in HR analytics and HRIS systemsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated problem‑solving abilities and analytical thinkingStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levelsUnderstanding of HR best practices and South African employment lawKnowledge of talent management and employee development principlesExperience with HR processes and policiesCIPD certification or other relevant HR qualifications preferred but not requiredAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyCollaborative approach with a passion for supporting organisational growth through people initiatives#J-18808-Ljbffr
