Asset Management Associate
An established investment and asset management firm is seeking a driven Asset Management Associate to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys combining analytical rigour with operational insight to drive the performance of a property investment portfolio.
The successful incumbent will play a key role in supporting the Asset Management team through financial analysis, reporting, and strategic input that enhances both asset value and portfolio returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimise asset performance and returns.
- Support leasing and tenant engagement initiatives to maximise income potential.
- Conduct cost and efficiency reviews to identify opportunities for savings and operational improvements.
- Contribute to site optimisation and conversion projects across the portfolio.
- Prepare and review financial models, cash flow forecasts, and performance reports.
- Support internal and external property valuations and assist with capital planning initiatives.
- Analyse performance trends and provide insights to guide investment decisions.
- Monitor portfolio compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare periodic performance and management reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
