Description :
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper storage and handling.
- Conduct regular stock takes and audits to verify accuracy.
- Record all stock movements and reconcile discrepancies.
- Analyze sales trends to forecast future stock requirements.
- Create and manage purchase orders and verify incoming shipments.
- Liaise with suppliers on pricing, quantities, and deliveries.
- Oversee receiving and dispatching of stock, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Prepare regular inventory and valuation reports.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, purchases, and invoices.
- Support finance and procurement teams to keep orders within budget.
Requirements :
Grade 12 / equivalent requiredCertificate or Diploma in Supply Chain or Inventory Management (beneficial)2+ years experience in stock control, warehousing, or procurementKnowledge of ERP or inventory software advantageousPlease note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
