A manufacturing company in Centurion is seeking a Rubber Press Shop Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily operations within the press shop. The role focuses on production planning, supervising processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, managing resources, inspecting outputs, addressing quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives Minimum requirements :

• Matric Certificate
• N6 Mechanical Certificate
• Managerial certificate will be advantageous
• 3– 5 years rubber processing experience
