Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the watch shop, including sales, inventory management, and customer service onboard the cruise ship
Provide exceptional customer service to onboard guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends and new releases
Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets
Train and supervise a team of sales associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable and providing excellent customer service
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing shop
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with other departments onboard to promote and market the watch shop
Assist with visual merchandising and displays to showcase products effectively
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety and security measures
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods
Fluency in English required; proficiency in one or more of the following languages is strongly preferred : German, French, Spanish, Italian
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of watches and luxury brands preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents
