About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced IT Cloud Services Account Manager / Sales Executive to join our remote team. This individual will be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving growth across our cloud and managed IT services portfolio.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of cloud migrations , hybrid environments , and managed service delivery , along with an established network within the cloud and IT services ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients across the U.S.
  • Identify opportunities for cloud migrations , performance optimization , and reliability improvements in clients’ existing cloud environments.
  • Articulate and position the value of high-touch, fully managed IT services — beyond standard AWS or Azure offerings.
  • Leverage existing industry contacts to open doors and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design and present tailored cloud and IT management solutions.
  • Drive the full sales cycle : prospecting, needs assessment, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and client records using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cloud services or managed IT services sales (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments).
  • Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies , virtualization , and managed service delivery models .
  • Established industry network or client base preferred.
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills; able to engage technical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Must be available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling high-value or consultative IT services to enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with cloud cost optimization, performance tuning, and cybersecurity within cloud environments.
  • Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with solution architects and engineers.
