Minimum Requirements :

Grade 12

2 to 3 years of customer service experience

Proven receptionist experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Hands-on with office equipment (e.g., printers, laminators, TVs)

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Key Duties :

Greet and assist visitors

Manage calls and correspondence

Book boardrooms and couriers

Support HR with interviews and liaise with security

Maintain a clean and secure reception area

General admin and clerical support
