SUMMARY : POSITION INFO :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Managed Services Project Manager to lead and manage the delivery of Data Centre MS projects. The successful candidate will have in-depth technical expertise in HVAC, UPS, generators, and DC plant systems , along with strong project management , team leadership , and customer relationship management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Data Centre Managed Services (MS) projects.
Oversee daily maintenance, operations, and technical support of critical infrastructure including HVAC, UPS, generators, and DC plant systems.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business and client requirements.
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and industry standards across the data center operations.
Interface with customer operations and maintenance teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing operation and maintenance team.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor and report on project performance and SLAs, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Provide leadership and support to the Data Centre NOC Team for continuous and efficient monitoring of infrastructure systems.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.

5+ years of proven experience in managing Data Centre Managed Services projects.

Strong technical knowledge of data center systems including power, cooling, HVAC, UPS, generators, and DC plant systems.

Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders under pressure.
