About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated, full-time online psychotherapist to join our growing team at Faircare Counselling. This is a remote role for an experienced therapist who can gradually build up to managing 30 long-term clients per week. Our clients typically remain in therapy for a minimum of one year, so we are seeking someone who is highly committed, consistent, and passionate about delivering long-term therapeutic care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide weekly long-term therapy sessions (minimum 12 months per client)
- Deliver therapy via secure online platforms
- Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with up to 30 clients per week
- Specialise in long-term therapy approaches – psychodynamic experience is preferred but not essential
- Follow up promptly with new client enquiries, ideally calling immediately or within a short window
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring a strong follow-up process is in place
- Demonstrate loyalty, professionalism, and dedication to each client\'s therapeutic journey
- Keep detailed and timely notes after every session
- Work closely with the admin and support team to ensure seamless care for clients
Essential Requirements
