Duties and Responsibilities :

• Sales and Operations Management
• Drive demand generation and convert qualified leads into revenue through effective sales execution and customer engagement.
• Manage key customer relationships in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Service Delivery teams.
• Guide pricing strategy by advising on appropriate schedules for bids and proposals.
• Track pipeline performance, report on business development progress, and benchmark against targets.
• Support new client acquisition through collaborative sales efforts and cross-functional coordination.
• Leverage synergies across the One-InnoVent group to unlock industry-specific opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in new and existing accounts.
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to the development or retirement of solutions.
• Provide strategic input into planning, budgeting, and performance reviews with executive leadership.
• Promote collaboration across teams to drive cross-sell, upsell, and innovation.
