Senior Digital Accounts Manager

Job Purpose :

The Digital Account Manager / Key Account Manager at GAS Marketing is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing digital marketing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital response marketing and automation services. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Relationship Management :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns and projects.

Work with clients to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with their goals.

Monitor campaign performance and key metrics.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to existing clients.

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
