National Renal Nursing Manager

Introduction

A vacancy has arisen for a for a National Renal Nursing Manager reporting to The Chief Nurse Officer with a matrix reporting line to the General Manager : Life Renal Dialysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the national nursing strategy within Life Renal Dialysis. The role will be based at Life Healthcare Head Office.

Critical Outputs

• Leadership and Management

Provide strategic direction and leadership to nursing across the Life Renal Dialysis business.

Oversee implementation of nursing strategic focus / initiatives protocols policies.

Lead and participate in QI initiatives to enhance patient clinical outcomes (renal disease management) and patient experience.

Co-develop efficiency tools and ensure that it is rolled out to the Renal Business

Ensure contribution to the achievement of agreed targets.

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including National Renal Management Hospital Management Standalone Renal Unit Management Regulatory bodies.

Strategically analyse and identify clinical and systems training needs and implement educational programs to enhance renal nursing skills.

Utilise renal systems data to drive strategic decision-making and improve renal nursing practices.
