Role Overview
The Service Technician in Johannesburg will play a vital role in supporting the Field Services Manager by delivering high-quality technical service, installations and customer support. This role requires a candidate who is proactive, hands‑on and committed to delivering excellence in service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support and client engagement.
- Plan and execute new installations and projects.
- Prepare accurate quotes, invoices, site reports and administrative documentation.
- Monitor and analyse client sites remotely with Autoflame software, compiling monthly reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, compliance regulations and company protocols.
- Assist in achieving departmental service targets and generating revenue.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical and engineering issues.
- Promote continuous improvement through quality control processes.
