Job Description

You will :

Contribute to the design development of commercial and industrial projects.

Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and specifications in line with project and regulatory requirements.

Participate in tender submissions , including renderings and presentation materials .

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and quality delivery.

Work within a collaborative, BIM-driven environment using Revit as your primary design and documentation tool.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years experience in architecture, preferably on commercial and industrial projects

Proficiency in Revit

SACAP registration (or in process of registering)

A tertiary qualification in Architecture (an Honours degree is advantageous)

Skills

Strong understanding of building regulations , construction methods , and technical detailing

Excellent technical drawing and documentation abilities

Skilled in rendering , presentation preparation , and tender processes

Able to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal teams

High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and time management skills

Comfortable in a BIM-driven environment with a collaborative and proactive mindset
