Role Description:
The AI Content Marketing & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing content across digital platforms using both traditional strategies and AI-powered tools. This role combines creative storytelling with data-driven digital marketing to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy marketer who understands how to use AI tools to streamline content creation, SEO, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies using a mix of human and AI-assisted tools.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (blogs, social media, email, landing pages, video scripts, etc.).
- Use AI content generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Writesonic) to accelerate content ideation and production.
- Optimize content for SEO using AI tools like Surfer SEO, SEMrush, or Clearscope.
- Manage digital campaigns across email, social media, search, and display channels.
- Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to improve performance (traffic, engagement, conversion).
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and developers to execute campaigns.
- Monitor trends in AI and marketing to implement new strategies and tools.
- Maintain content calendars, campaign timelines, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure brand consistency, voice, and compliance across all digital assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills across different formats and channels.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, Canva Magic Write).
- Solid understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, email marketing, and content performance metrics.
- Experience with marketing platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E) for visual content support.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO, and marketing automation.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or landing page builders.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or tech-driven industries is a plus.
