Job description

Role Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 5 years industry sales experience, including at least 3 years in the agricultural supply chain.

Strong technical understanding of :

Web and mobile applications

Handheld scanners with RFID / barcode functionality

BTLE devices

Fixed RFID readers / antennas

IoT instruments

GPS tracking devices

Factory / packhouse integration equipment

Skills & Competencies

Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.

Strong proposal writing and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Self-motivated, competitive, confident, and persuasive.

Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

Strong customer orientation and relationship-building capability.

Skilled negotiator with the ability to close deals efficiently.

Creative mindset with a passion for sales and innovation.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and BRM tools.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
