Purpose of Role
The key expectation from the role is to provide vision and direction for achieving the desired objectives in South Africa. The person should be able to provide strategic and tactical marketing (market penetration, segmentation, and commercialization and launches) to enhance brand equity, the OEM and its products. This individual must be a thought leader who performs independently and has demonstrated the ability to effectively interact and influence all levels of organizations (brands Dealers and Customer including the CEO and other DHs of the company). This individual will collaborate with the business development and commercial sales teams and will interact globally.Responsibilities
Provide vision and direction for achieving objectives in South Africa.Develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans (market penetration, segmentation, commercialization and launches).Enhance brand equity for the OEM and its products.Interact with and influence all levels of the organization (brands, Dealers, Customers, CEO and other DHs).Collaborate with business development and commercial sales teams; engage with global stakeholders.Requirements
