TenacIT Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to coordinate in-house and outsourced projects. The Operations Administrator will be expected to complete the sales cycle upon handover from the Business Developer(s) and / or Service Delivery Manager by overseeing project deliverables and establishing SLA structures for long-term clients.

They will work with senior team members to oversee and ensure project deliverables. Furthermore, they will be expected to manage the communication of the project scope and deliverables to the technical team and to drive deadline goals around project deliverables. Another key responsibility, in addition to special projects, but also relating to general service delivery, will be facilitating clear lines of communication between technicians and clients.

Required skills / Experience :

  • Experience implementing and managing workstreams
  • Good organisational skills with experience using software platforms for project management
  • Ability to toggle between client liaison and operational delivery
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in quoting and costing systems

Responsibilities :

  • Managing project deliverables together with team leads
  • Managing escalations from clients within the relevant technical work groups
  • Working closely with the company director and team leads to ensure operational tasks are completed and communicated to the relevant stakeholders
  • Partner with team leads to manage quality, time and scope of deliverables whilst tracking progress and velocity
  • Be a key contributor to the overall project delivery schedule in conjunction with the lead technicians / department managers
  • Cooperating with Engineering teams to define and maintain estimates and plans, track progress and manage project issues, risks and opportunities
  • Organise and lead regular correspondence to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress, issues, and resolutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up approach
  • Meticulous attention to project details and the ability to manage the administrative requirements thereof

  • Qualifications :

  • 3 years of work experience in a relevant field
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
