Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Co-Founder role at Happay, focused on accelerating the growth and mission of the company. The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with the founding team to shape the strategic vision, drive product innovation, and oversee business operations. Daily responsibilities will include investor relations, scaling product development, establishing partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams. The Co-Founder will be instrumental in helping expand Happay’s footprint across South Africa and beyond.

Qualifications

• Business Strategy, Leadership, and Entrepreneurial skills
• Fundraising, Financial Management, and Investor Relations experience
• Product Development, Innovation, and Scalability expertise
• Partnership Building and Networking skills
• Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
• Understanding of Retail, Mobile Technology, and SaaS-based systems is a plus
• Proven experience in scaling a startup or leading high-growth teams
• Commitment to creating inclusive, customer-centric solutions
