Co-ordinator and Manager of Visual Merchandise

Co-ordinates and manages the production and implementation of visual merchandise, signage, including retail merchandising solutions across the group.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead long-term strategic planning and coordinating of new store builds and refurbishments of FOH physical space design, as per the relevant brand identities and strategies of each brand.
• Manage a full pipeline of stores, leading the design and development of new and innovative physical spaces that put our customers first, support and improve operations, working within timelines set out by the Head of New Business.
• Lead the development of merchandising solutions across the group for new retail ranges within our existing stores, across all formats; within traditional and non-traditional retail environments.
• Develop and implement processes and systems to ensure the correct implementation of all merchandising standards across the group, in all formats.
