Software Engineer (Python / Django)

Job description3–4 years of software development experience, including knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and Git / version control. At least 2 years’ experience with Python and a web framework such as Django or Ruby on Rails in a production setting. Basic familiarity with Linux server management and experience with a cloud platform (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc). Strong problem-solving skills with a drive to deliver clean, scalable code.

What You’ll Do
Design, test, and deploy code that significantly improves the range, returns, and input costs of our service offering.
Accelerate the development of key areas of our stack, including :
- API integrations
- Process automations
- Database optimization
- Staff interface improvements
- Client dashboard development
Collaborate closely with the CTO and development team on major projects.
Debug and resolve production issues.
Contribute ideas and solutions to system upgrades and improvements.
Share knowledge with the team to help grow overall capability and technical strength.
