We currently have an exciting position available for an Industrial Relations and Litigation Administrator to be based at our Bloemfontein branch.
Responsibilities
- Book & manage consultants’ diaries as per client request.
- Close consultant billings on our client management system.
- Draft recommendations for consultants.
- Assist in proofreading documents and drafting basic Labour Law and Litigation documents.
- Ensure all relevant documents are correct & uploaded onto our client management system.
- Update CMS information (e.g. client information).
- Filing.
- Assist in compiling reports (internal and external, e.g. reports for clients and manager).
- Client interaction : answer calls and emails professionally and accurately, take detailed messages when the relevant person is not available and distribute via email.

Qualifications
Grade 12 (HR Diploma or Degree would be beneficial)Minimum of 12 months experience in a corporate environment fulfilling an administrative role; previous experience in the HR services / legal industry would be advantageousWhy Join Labournet
