Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, effective debtors control, and providing HR administrative support to the business.

Key Responsibilities :

Payroll & HR Duties :

  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Support management with HR compliance and reporting.

Debtors Management :

  • Manage and monitor the debtors book, ensuring timely collections.
  • Reconcile accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve queries.
  • Prepare monthly debtors reports and escalate risks where necessary.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure efficient collections and payment arrangements.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years experience in payroll administration (manufacturing or clothing / textile industry experience advantageous).
  • Proven experience in debtors management.
  • Strong understanding of HR administrative processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
