The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, effective debtors control, and providing HR administrative support to the business.
Key Responsibilities :
Payroll & HR Duties :
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Support management with HR compliance and reporting.
Debtors Management :
Manage and monitor the debtors book, ensuring timely collections.Reconcile accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve queries.Prepare monthly debtors reports and escalate risks where necessary.Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure efficient collections and payment arrangements.Requirements :
Minimum 2 years experience in payroll administration (manufacturing or clothing / textile industry experience advantageous).Proven experience in debtors management.Strong understanding of HR administrative processes.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential).Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
