Job description

The IT / CRM Administrator will be responsible for administering Salesforce and Monday.com platforms, maintaining data integrity, managing user access, and supporting automation of business workflows. This role will be pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency and providing technical support to the sales, operations, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administer Salesforce and Monday.com systems, including user setup, permissions, and system configuration.
  • Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all platforms.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Automate business processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide support and training to staff on system usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify CRM and workflow requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision‑making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
  • Document processes, workflows, and system procedures.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a CRM Administrator or IT Systems Administrator , preferably with Salesforce and Monday.com.
  • Proven experience managing CRM systems, automating workflows, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support non‑technical users.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT tools; knowledge of Salesforce , Monday.com , or similar platforms essential.
  • Experience with data migration, reporting, and dashboard creation advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, international environment.
  • Detail‑oriented, methodical, and proactive in identifying system improvements.
