We are looking for Cross Technology Managed Services Engineers (L1 & L2) to join our Managed Services team.

Key Responsibilities
- Log and manage incidents / requests in work queues
- Resolve or elevate issues within SLA
- Provide first‑line support and escalat

- Communicate with clients and internal teams
- Follow shift handovers, change control, and escalation processes
- Assist with routine maintenance and contribute to documentation
- Perform additional support tasks as required
