Management Accountant (Permanent) East Rand

We are looking for a hands-on Management Accountant

for our client. The role is focused on financial reporting, cost

control, stock analysis, and supporting operational decisions. Key

Responsibilities Manage and monitor financial records to ensure

accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Prepare monthly

financial reports, forecasts, and reconciliations. Analyse budgets,

variances, and costs, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Assist with monthly stock counts, cycle counts, and investigate any

differences. Support warehouse operations with reporting and

analytics. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and

relevant regulations. Work with managers to control costs and

improve efficiency. Build strong working relationships with

internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Bachelors Degree

in Accounting (minimum NQF 7). 5+ years experience in a similar

role, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of

accounting principles and financial procedures. Proficiency in MS

Office (Excel essential). CIMA qualification or progress towards it
